GIVE $50 - GET $50

It’s simple! Share your unique referral link with friends, family, or neighbors. Once they register for the program using your link and complete their installation, they just need to remain active for 30 days. After that, you’ll both receive a link to redeem a $50 gift card—or choose to donate it to charity. 

Go to the IQ Fiber homepage and click “Refer a Friend” in the footer. Enter the same email you used to sign up for IQ Fiber internet service to generate your referral link. This ensures the system properly tracks and issues your reward. You can then share your link via email, text, or social media. 

To qualify: 

• Your friend must be a new residential IQ Fiber customer 

• Sign up for the referral program using your referral link 

• Complete installation 

• Remain an active customer for 30 days 

Once these steps are completed, you both qualify for the reward. 

Users may refer up to 25 friends, family members, or colleagues per session, with a maximum of 500 total referrals throughout the duration of the program. 

 You can earn up to 8 rewards per calendar year. 

A few things could have happened: 

• Your friend may not have used your referral link. 

• They might not be active for 30 days yet. 

• They may not have completed their installation. 

• One or both of you may have used a different email than the one used to sign up for IQ Fiber service.

Referrals can only be tracked through your unique link, so it’s important your friend uses it when signing up. They must also use the same email address they’ll use to sign up for IQ Fiber service to ensure the reward is issued properly. 

If your friend hasn’t been installed yet, there’s still time—have them re-register using your referral link. If installation is already complete, please contact IQ Fiber Customer Support for help.
