IQ Fiber Announces Deployment of Fiber-Optic Network in Neptune Beach

Construction to begin in early March 2023

JACKSONVILLE, Fla., Feb. 27, 2023 – IQ Fiber, Northeast Florida’s only local residential fiber-optic internet service provider, announces it will soon deploy its 100% fiber-optic network in Neptune Beach, Florida. The investment to connect the city’s residents is estimated at more than $10 million and complements IQ Fiber’s network deployment in the adjacent cities of Atlantic Beach and Jacksonville Beach.

IQ Fiber will begin constructing the network immediately, with a major connection through all the beaches communities along A1A/Third Street. Atlantic Beach’s network was activated in late 2022 and network construction is now also underway in Jacksonville Beach. The Neptune Beach project is expected to start serving its first customers by summer 2023.
