Account Portal FAQs

Manage your IQ Fiber internet account anytime through the IQ Fiber Account Portal! You can update your billing details, make payments, change internet plans, and contact support—all in one place.

How to Update Your Payment Method

  1. In the navigation bar, select Billing and Payment.
  2. Select Payment Methods from the dropdown.
  3. Click Add Payment Method, choose your payment type, and enter the required details.
  4. Click Add to save. If you don’t advance to the next screen, fix any errors flagged in red and resubmit.
  5. To use this payment method for autopay, select the new entry and make it your default payment method by clicking the 3 dots to the right of your payment method.

How to Make a Payment

  1. Select Make a payment underneath Billing and Payment in the navigation bar.
  2. Click the Make a Payment button, choose your payment method, then select Next.
  3. Enter the amount and click Pay (X amount).
  4. Review the on-screen success or failure message to confirm your IQ Fiber internet service bill payment.

How to Update Your Contact Info

  1. From the Home screen, click your Account Name on the top right of the page and select Account Settings from the dropdown list.
  2. In Account Details, choose the information you want to update. Note: Some fields can’t be changed in the portal.
  3. For account security purposes, enter your password to continue changing the field you’ve selected to update.
  4. Enter your updated account details. You will receive a verification code to validate your changes. Enter your code and click the Confirm button.

How Download Payment Invoices

  • From your account portal Home screen, click Billing and Payment in the navigation bar.
  • Select Invoices
  • Identify the invoice you want to review and select Download.
  • This will open a new tab in your browser with the invoice document. You will be able to download the invoice from here. The placement of the download button is dependent on the computer browser you are using.

How to View Your Transactions

  • From your account portal Home screen, click Billing and Payment in the navigation bar.
  • Select Transactions.
  • From this dashboard, all your transactions are viewable. For more details, and invoice should be downloaded.

Change Speed Plan / Modify Your Internet Plan

  1. From the Navigation bar, select Services, followed by Plans from the dropdown.
  2. Click Change Plan to review available fiber internet speeds and options.
  3. Select your new plan and follow the prompts to upgrade or downgrade your speed.

How to Open a Ticket with Support

  1. In the navigation bar, select Support. Select All Tickets from the dropdown.If you have any open tickets they will appear here.
  2. Click Submit a New Ticket.
  3. Next, fill out the form explaining the issue. Please provide a subject, details, and any relevant attachments (screenshots, images, files).
  4. Click Send. Your request will appear in a chat-style log. You can return here anytime to view updates and responses from our team.
