FINALLY FIBER! 1gb and never looking back! I couldn’t be more happy with the whole experience. The construction crews running the fiber to the curb were some of the best I have ever seen. Very clean and friendly. Signing up over the phone took only 10mins. An installation appointment was booked for a specific time, at the end of setting up our account. The field Techs doing the install showed up on time and worked through heavy rain during the install. Shoe covers were on at all times. My floor is just as clean before the install. Impressive. The techs knew exactly what they were doing, making the whole install process only a few hours. Super clean techs, both inside and outside installations. The IQ fiber smart wifi app is everything that I need and more. Very snappy bandwidth charts per device down to the minute refreshes. Speeds were symmetrical and hitting slightly higher than 1gb. So far a great experience with IQ- they have kindly come back and added more sod where they installed the lines. We are hooked up and using IQ and so far the performance is great. I will be leaving both lines up and transitioning to IQ over the next month.
