FINALLY FIBER! 1gb and never looking back! I couldn’t be more happy with the whole experience. The construction crews running the fiber to the curb were some of the best I have ever seen. Very clean and friendly. Signing up over the phone took only 10mins. An installation appointment was booked for a specific time, at the end of setting up our account. The field Techs doing the install showed up on time and worked through heavy rain during the install. Shoe covers were on at all times. My floor is just as clean before the install. Impressive. The techs knew exactly what they were doing, making the whole install process only a few hours. Super clean techs, both inside and outside installations. The IQ fiber smart wifi app is everything that I need and more. Very snappy bandwidth charts per device down to the minute refreshes. Speeds were symmetrical and hitting slightly higher than 1gb. The sales director, Chip, made big promises and delivered with the help of an amazing team. This is EXACTLY what Jacksonville need. An ISP that cares about its customers.

So far a great experience with IQ- they have kindly come back and added more sod where they installed the lines. We are hooked up and using IQ and so far the performance is great. I will be leaving both lines up and transitioning to IQ over the next month. We have two people working from home so we are excited about their level of concern on the quality of wifi throughout the house. We signed up for IQ Fiber as soon as we heard they had started construction in our neighborhood and we're so happy we did! When they were ready to start setting up customers they gave me a call and we set up the account and installation time in just a few minutes. No contract, no installation fees, no usage caps, just extremely fast internet on an entirely fiber network from a local company, what more could you ask for? Having a symmetrical connection (same upload and download speed) is great, especially if you work from home, play multiplayer games, or stream to the internet. Everyone we've spoken to has been super friendly and polite. We had a couple kinks during installation but they still made sure that everything was working before the day was out and we've had multiple follow-ups to make sure everything is still working to our satisfaction.

I sent an email just to let them know and not expecting a response until the storm was over. But I got a call a few minutes later. Fantastic experience! I wish every internet provider was like this. IQ Fiber was easily the most friendly and efficient internet provider team we’ve ever met. They showed up on time, introduced themselves, explained the process, and got right to work. We’ve had an awesome experience with IQ Fiber from start to finish! They left a doorhanger on our door before construction started so we knew what to expect, and we also saw signs in our neighborhood that IQ Fiber was coming soon. The construction team was quick and courteous, and luckily the paint on our street washed away with the rain very quickly. Since we signed up for service, the IQ Fiber team has done a great job communicating what to expect. I got a call from Tim a few days before our installation appointment letting us know that the crew would be by to pull the fiber in our front yard. They stopped by quickly and left the yard exactly as they found it. I got a call from Sam the day before my installation as a reminder, then a call from Eric the day of letting me know they were on the way. Eric and Keayon arrived at the very beginning of my appointment window and were awesome! They were friendly, knowledgeable, and very respectful of my house. They put shoe coverings on whenever they entered and cleaned everything up at the end of the appointment. We have been very excited to sign up and see what kind of speeds we could get in the house, and IQ Fiber didn’t disappoint! We were on the 750 mbps plan with our previous provider, but only received about 60 mbps download and about 20 upload on wifi. Now I’m getting full gig speeds when hardwired to the gateway in my office and over 700 mb throughout the house. Before now, my experience with internet providers has always the same – slower speeds than promised, confusing pricing that goes up after a year, and poor customer service. So far IQ Fiber has been the complete opposite and definitely worth making the switch. We couldn’t be happier!

I only have superlatives for the company, staff and product. I knew I would get this installed as soon as I saw the construction crews laying the fiber in our street. Signed up in a few minutes, they came and buried cable a day later and 4 days after that I got my install. I have Cat5 through the house but with Eric we were able to quickly reconfigure the distribution so I have blazing ethernet and wifi throughout the whole house. Loving it.

I had a great installation experience today. Daniel showed up on time, walked through my house and was very receptive to my special requests for my network layout. My dogs tried to Maul him with love and he was very patient with them until they calmed down. The installers were completely professional, prompt (extremely prompt, like pulled up when the clock struck 1, I wasn't given a 5 hour window like others do, I had an actual appointment), and courteous. They provided thorough explanation of exactly what they were going to do, took far less time than expected, were much less intrusive than their competitors and despite there being a brief interruption of service while they were installing, they waited until I had full service before leaving. When they were leaving I discovered that there was a whole fleet of their little vans up and down my street attending to the interruption in service issue only minutes after it was discovered. They were in no hurry, and extremely patient with me while I dealt with a little technical issue of my own. This, so far, is a level of service that has become extremely rare in this industry and I have grown to forget existed. The service itself has been flawless, fast, everything is immediate. Everyone who wrote a 5 star review is absolutely correct. IQ Fiber is definitely worth the accolades. My technician was Eric. He went above and beyond and did a little extra for me removing what other providers had left behind. He was courteous, accommodating and professional, not to mention very friendly. I took the 250 mbps option and it's as fast as the 400 mbps I was getting with the last provider. I'm so happy I made the change. Do it, you will be impressed.

I've had lots of internet companies over the years, but IQ Fiber is on a completely different level. It's hard to describe the "awesomeness" of this company in a simple post, but I'll try. First, they come exactly when they say they'll be there, they are amazingly polite, professional and efficient. Their product is exactly what they say, simply blazing fast internet with no downtime, at least not that I've seen yet. Their pricing is simple, no fees, no taxes, no extra stuff piled on that they try to sell you, and only $65 to $85, depending on speed chosen. In my house they had to install a separate hard-wired mesh net station to bring internet to an outside building that wasn't really part of the house. It took them two extra hours to do this difficult installation through my attic and walls. When finished I had super-fast internet to a building that was 25 feet from my house, all thanks to their willingness to install that extra hard-wired device. Cost to me? Zero, nada, zilch! Daniel, my technician was amazingly polite and competent, as are all of the IQ Fiber staff I've met. The final touch is that their customer service is all here in Jacksonville, not some place overseas. I've called them a few times to coordinate my installation and they answer immediately and are extraordinarily helpful and polite. This company simply does it right, and blows the doors off of any competition out there. Great job IQ Fiber!

Recently changed to IQ Fiber and the speed and reliability has been excellent. Even better than this was the service that we received from Eric Latour, our installer. He was clean. He showed up on tome, wore shoe covers inside our house and was professional and knowledgeable. He answered all our questions and made sure to place boosters in the best spot in our house for maximum speed and coverage. I give him my highest recommendation!!

We had IQ Fiber installed yesterday, and all I can say is WOW. Terra and Adrian were awesome, knowledgeable and did an outstanding job at engaging us during the entire install to ensure we were happy with placement of equipment, understood the app, and had the best coverage possible to include outside through the backyard where we have a TV under a Pergola. The service is lightning fast, and way less expensive than my previous provider. Every person from IQ Fiber that I’ve dealt with has been nothing less then exceptional. My sales rep Rico was very helpful upfront in explaining how the entire process would work, and very responsive with any follow up questions I had after we spoke. I didn’t catch their names, but the two installers that ran the fiber from the curb to the new DMARC they installed on the side of the house were very professional and personable. The work they did was so clean I couldn’t even see the evidence of them running the fiber through the yard and a flower bed. And I can’t say enough about the two final installers, Daniel and Kemar. They went above and beyond to pull the fiber from the DMARC, through the attic above the second floor, to my equipment rack on the other side of the house. And did it on a 100 degree day without a single complaint or even a hint of displeasure. The entire IQ Fiber team deserves huge kudos. Great job guys!!

The install was wonderful and could not have gone any smoother…Jose called about 30 min in advance of arrival, was very timely with the work to be done (no mess left behind either) and ensured everything was working properly prior to leaving. Our prior internet system had wires and cables going everywhere. Kemar installed IQ Fiber and was able to eliminate all of the cables that were in the way and provide a very efficient and neat internet setup. He took his time and did not leave until he was sure everything worked correctly. It's nice to have an internet provider that is transparent about pricing and provides identical download and upload speeds for a reasonable price without equipment rental fees that go up yearly.

Jose Ruiz did a great job installing my IQ system. All tv’s, iPhones and computers working great. So surprised my picture quality is greatly improved on all streaming services. Had no expectations of that happening. We stream all of our movies and tv and they load much faster and we love the sharp detail. All debris was cleaned up and removed.

Have dealt with my previous providerfor 15 years and finally do not have to anymore. To top it off, my connection around my house is about 10x faster and 20 bucks cheaper a month. Received amazing service from the time I scheduled the install, the prep guys how wired to the house and especially Kaleb Myers who completed the install. He was attentive to where I wanted wires and making sure everything worked like it should. Showed up on time and was done in two hours. Could not recommend more at this point.

IQ was just installed and I am super thrilled with the signal throughout the house as well as the installation. Kaleb was great in checking for signal in the weakest parts of our house and then setting up a mesh extender to get the signal where it needed to be. I’m very happy with the no frills bill or extra charges and fees that we have right now. Based on the last couple days, IQ is a welcome addition to our home!!

I have worked on many large underground projects and these guys installing the cable are good. They have the right equipment, expertise, and more importantly, attitude to put the cable in right and not destroy the other utilities in the process. That is the way to install an underground communications plant fast and cheap. Looking forward to them coming to my neighborhood. Looking forward to getting fiber like the rest of the 1st world.

No more excuses. When IQ Fiber comes into your neighborhood, you owe it to yourself to get the fastest internet there is. Got it installed on Friday and been enjoying it all weekend connecting so many devices at once. No more data caps!!! Yes, that's a huge deal. Customer service from ordering and scheduling and installation is all local and top notch. If you want them crawling in your attic to get service in that one room where service is spotty, they will crawl up there and get it connected. Daniel and Mike did just that for my house. They are super awesome and I couldn't be any more happier switching over to IQ.

The installation went as planned. The initial task of bringing the fiber from the junction box to the house started about 25 minutes ahead of the scheduled time. The installer asked about my preferences and after a short planning session proceeded and was completed within about an hour and a half. The second part was the installation of the hardware and the linking of the components. Again it started slightly earlier than scheduled with a preliminary planning session. After seeing how my house was laid out, the installer recommended a configuration that was different from what I expected. The installer took enough time to explain why he made his recommendation. I agreed for him to proceed with a statement from him that he would change the configuration if it was not acceptable. It was installed quickly and works very well. The installer, Miguel Osario, quickly resolved several problems as he has an excellent knowledge of the Cox system that I have been using. If you are replacing Cox I greatly recommend Miguel to do your installation. His knowledge and personality made the changeover very easy.
