How It Works: Bringing IQ Fiber to Your Community

1. Schedule a Site Survey

We’ll coordinate with our engineering team to perform a site survey. This helps us build a customized scope of work tailored to your community’s layout and needs.

2. Meet with Community Leaders

After the survey, our Communities team will meet with your community leaders to review a proposed construction plan and answer any questions.

3. Approve Our Right of Entry (ROE)

Once the plan is approved, your community leaders will sign the Right of Entry (ROE), giving IQ Fiber permission to build the network—at no cost to you.

4. Accessing the Network

After construction is complete, residents can sign up for IQ Fiber—or keep their current provider. Visit our Resource Page to learn more about the build process.

So far a great experience with IQ- they have kindly come back and added more sod where they installed the lines. We are hooked up and using IQ and so far the performance is great. I will be leaving both lines up and transitioning to IQ over the next month. We have two people working from home so we are excited about their level of concern on the quality of wifi throughout the house. They have been very responsive to questions and the whole team has been so polite.

We signed up for IQ Fiber as soon as we heard they had started construction in our neighborhood and we're so happy we did! When they were ready to start setting up customers they gave me a call and we set up the account and installation time in just a few minutes. No contract, no installation fees, no usage caps, just extremely fast internet on an entirely fiber network from a local company, what more could you ask for? Having a symmetrical connection (same upload and download speed) is great, especially if you work from home, play multiplayer games, or stream to the internet. Everyone we've spoken to has been super friendly and polite. We had a couple kinks during installation but they still made sure that everything was working before the day was out and we've had multiple follow-ups to make sure everything is still working to our satisfaction.

We got IQ Fiber about a month ago. Super fast internet and great service! Our internet went out this morning during Tropical Storm Ian. I sent an email just to let them know and not expecting a response until the storm was over. But I got a call a few minutes later. They tried to reset remotely and when that didn’t work, they had a truck over within the hour and got us back up and running. They went way beyond our expectations during a storm!!
